QC & Stability Chemist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QC & Stability Chemist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the quality and integrity of our products by performing analytical testing and supporting stability programs across raw materials, intermediates, active ingredients, and finished products. You will contribute to method development, validation, and reporting to support both R&D and commercial manufacturing requirements. Key Responsibilities Conduct sampling and testing of raw materials, packaging materials, APIs, in-process production samples, finished products, and stability samples. Perform analytical testing using a range of techniques, including HPLC, UPLC, Osmolality, UV, and IR. Support development, optimization, and validation of analytical methods for biologic products. Assist with laboratory documentation, protocol execution, and reporting. Maintain laboratory instruments through qualification, calibration, and routine checks. Perform LNP characterization for mRNA encapsulation efficiency, particle size distribution, and lipid composition. Participate in investigations for out-of-specification or out-of-trend results. Ensure all work complies with GLP, GMP, and company quality systems, including accurate documentation and reporting. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for laboratory systems and processes. Promote and maintain a safe working environment in accordance with OH&S regulations. Committed to a positive safety culture and workplace compliance. Qualifications & Experience Science degree (Chemistry or related field). Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a GMP/GLP environment within the pharmaceutical industry. Demonstrated routine QC testing experience for raw materials, APIs, and finished products. Proficient in chromatography and other analytical techniques (HPLC, UPLC, Osmolality, UV, IR). Strong scientific recording, planning, and organizational skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Reporting & Working Relationships Reports to the QC Manager. Works closely with analytical laboratory staff and operations teams.
