About the role The sole Occupational Therapist - Generalist position will be covering both inpatients and outpatients of all ages. As well as completing home visits, conducting community based health programs and outreach to surrounding small towns. Where you’ll be working : Working within a supportive team to deliver health services to Condobolin and outreach to Trundle, Tottenham and Tullamore. Working on the ward with inpatients and in the community. Condobolin background : Condobolin or Condo as it is affectionately called is the largest centre in the heart of NSW and home to around 3,500 people, the township of Condobolin is an hour from Parkes, Forbes, West Wyalong and Lake Cargelligo. This is the traditional land of the Wiradjuri people, where the lifestyle is laid back, the people are friendly and polite and there is an opportunity to escape from the grind of everyday life to enjoy a spot of fishing, camping, water skiing or bird watching. In Condobolin there are a range of restaurants, pubs and clubs, cafes with great coffee, an Olympic pool, gym and race track. Condo also features ‘Utes in the paddock’ is an outdoor gallery of 20 old utes that have been brightly decorated in a range of themes and make a spectacular attraction for the region.
