Telehealth - Fulltime - Injury Triage Consultant (Allied Health or RN) Cogent Thinking is a leader in delivering best practice injury prevention, 24/7 incident response and care coordination services tailored to each of our customers. Overview We are growing and are seeking a Full Time Triage Injury Management Consultant. This role connects with injured employees and their managers to support them through their workplace injury by offering injury triage, first‑aid advice, support and linking them into support services and resources. You will work in a Triage Team dedicated to providing personalised health management support and advice to employees who have sustained injuries at work. The work is telephonic and can be undertaken from home or office. Responsibilities Support and care for clients with empathy and expertise to improve their personal health and wellbeing goals. Undertake coordination of supports and wellbeing services for a highly engaged and motivated client population. Provide initial early intervention triage with clients, supporting both physical and mental health services. Undertake case coordination activity including liaison with all stakeholders; provision of email updates; and creation of appropriate documentation such as treatment plans and other required documentation. Qualifications Experienced Allied Health (Physio, Osteo, Chiro, OT, EP etc.) practitioner with full registration or a Registered Nurse. Hold a current and valid Working With Children Check (WWCC). Evidence of completion of First Aid (Level 2) or basic life support training within a hospital setting. Caring and empathic nature. Experience in care coordination or occupational rehabilitation desirable. Well‑developed written and verbal communication skills. Good IT and time‑management skills. Strong customer service focus.
