As a Solar Roofer at SIPENERGY, you will be responsible for the installation of solar panels on residential and commercial rooftops. This is a Casual role- Full-time for the right person based in Sydney, NSW. You will play a crucial role in SIPENERGY's mission to transition homes and businesses to renewable energy sources. What you'll be doing Carefully assess and prepare rooftop surfaces for solar panel installation Install solar panels, inverters, and associated electrical components Ensure all work meets or exceeds safety and quality standards Collaborate with the wider SIPENERGY installation team to complete projects on time and on budget Provide excellent customer service and address any customer questions or concerns Maintain a clean and organised work environment Contribute to the continuous improvement of SIPENERGY's installation processes What we're looking for Previous experience as a solar roofer or in a similar trades role Strong working knowledge of solar panel installation and electrical systems Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Physically fit and able to work at heights Relevant trade certifications or qualifications What we offer At SIPENERGY, we are committed to supporting our employees' professional and personal development.
