This is your opportunity to join one of Australia's largest retailers in a full-time, ongoing capacity Spotlight Retail Group is seeking a talented CRM Campaign Manager to oversee our Email, SMS, and Direct Mail initiatives. This is a full-time permanent opportunity to secure a long-term hybrid role with work flexibility in a vibrant, fast-paced culture. What You'll Be Doing Lead Campaign Execution: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of CRM and BAU campaigns - from design brief and approvals through to build, send, and reporting. Drive Innovation: Develop and execute a rigorous A/B testing agenda and experimentation roadmap to enhance campaign effectiveness and rapidly apply learnings. Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate within the CRM & Loyalty teams to align BAU and lifecycle programs for maximum impact. Omnichannel Best Practice: Lead the charge on best practice for omnichannel campaigns, focusing on send planning, segmentation, content weightings, and innovative design. Stakeholder Management: Manage the go-to-market process, building strong, co-operative relationships with key internal teams (Product, Marketing, Trade) and external agencies. Measure & Report: Present campaign performance reports, forecasting metrics, and industry trends, working alongside the CRM & Loyalty Analyst. Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and support CRM Campaign Coordinators to deliver consistent, high-quality campaigns. Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of safety, feedback, and ongoing development across your team and projects. What You'll Bring Experience: 2-4 years of related experience, with proven success in managing the execution of multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously, specifically in Email, SMS, and Direct Marketing . Skills: Exceptional communication, project, and team management skills. Strong problem-solving ability and a high-level understanding of current marketing trends. Mindset: An analytical approach to interpret and translate data, with experience in analyzing and segmenting audiences . You're autonomous, confident, and constantly curious about new ways of doing things. Leadership: Ability to manage a team, providing coaching and guidance to junior team members (CRM Campaign Coordinators).
