The Opportunity This is an exciting opportunity to take over an established caseload of loyal patients, with a consistent flow of new referrals and strong relationships with local GP clinics. Workload and Appointment Lengths Typical appointment times are 40‑60 minutes for initial consultations and 30‑45 minutes for follow‑ups. If this doesn’t suit your practice style, we’re happy to adjust appointment durations to fit your preferences. We prioritise quality care over volume. Position start date of Jan 2026 – flexible. You’ll work mainly with private clients, complemented by CDM and NDIS referrals. If you wish to develop a special interest area, we’ll help you grow your expertise and reputation. What We Offer Attractive Remuneration: Full‑time equivalent base salary of ~$85,000 (pro rata) – $3,269.23 per fortnight (before tax). Sliding commission incentives (~$90/hour or $160K/year). Flexibility & Work‑Life Balance: Choose 2–5 days per week, half or full days to suit your lifestyle. We normally have morning and afternoon shifts. A focus on wellbeing, not burnout. Automated text message follow‑ups and reminders to reduce admin burden. Free onsite parking. Uniform provided. About You An AHPRA‑registered Physiotherapist (new graduates and experienced clinicians welcome) with Professional Indemnity Insurance. Confident delivering high‑quality, evidence‑based care. A great communicator who builds trust and rapport easily. Motivated to learn and grow professionally. Organised, dependable and proactive. Holder of full, unrestricted Australian working rights (citizen, permanent resident, or working holiday accepted). In possession of a valid Australian driver’s licence. Ready to Apply?
