About The Opportunity This is an opportunity to join one of Australia’s largest independent providers of residential aged care as a Casual Lifestyle Services Officer. As a Lifestyle Services Officer you’ll be responsible for providing support and assistance to residents in meeting their individual lifestyle goals, needs and choices to enhance their overall quality of life. Assist with the design, delivery and monitoring of group and individual lifestyle services activities and complementary therapies for residents Coordinate individual and group activities and therapies Ensure recreational activities, therapies and documentation comply with Aged Care Standards and relevant Acts, legal and ethical standards About You Cert IV in Leisure and Health or Cert 3 in Individual Support (essential) Previous experience in Aged Care (preferred but not essential) Ability to take initiative, innovate, and coordinate creative and engaging programmes Availability and reliability to commit to required shifts Knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards COVID & Influenza Vaccinations Bring your passion for quality care and in return, we will provide you with an opportunity to build an outstanding career by expanding and developing your skills.
