Role Overview Join our Incident Management team as an Analyst and play a key part in keeping our business resilient, compliant, and continuously improving. You’ll support the investigation and management of incidents, help teams navigate what needs to happen next, and contribute to high-quality reporting that informs our senior leaders. If you enjoy variety, taking initiative, and like having the space to work independently while still being part of a collaborative team, you’ll feel right at home. Responsibilities Support the end-to-end management of incidents (gathering information, investigating what happened, tracking actions and helping ensure timely closure). Assist with regulatory reporting requirements and contribute to accurate, well-structured insights for stakeholders. Help uplift incident management capability across the organisation through education, guidance and day‑to‑day support. Provide second‑line oversight by reviewing incident documentation, challenging gaps and supporting assurance activities. Contribute to clear, consistent reporting that highlights trends and strengthens risk and compliance outcomes. Qualifications & Experience Are a proactive self‑starter comfortable taking ownership of your work and managing competing priorities. Enjoy problem‑solving, asking the right questions, and bringing structure to complex or ambiguous situations. Have financial services experience, ideally in compliance, legal, risk or similar environments. Communicate clearly and confidently, building strong working relationships across the business. Bring curiosity, attention to detail and a desire to support a high‑performing team. Location – Toowong Close to a variety of public transport and easy parking options, the Toowong office has excellent end‑of‑trip facilities (including secure bike storage and showers), outdoor spaces and plenty of modern collaborative areas to work and connect with colleagues. Conveniently based at Toowong Village tower with views of the mountains and the Brisbane River, our location is only 4 km from the city and provides access to retail, restaurants and other amenities.
