Busselton Tee-Ball Association – Busselton WA The Busselton Tee-Ball Association is seeking enthusiastic volunteer coaches to lead teams of junior players (ages 6-10) on Saturday mornings from 8:00–10:30 am during school terms. This role includes both coaching a team and supporting them through their weekly game. Responsibilities Teach and develop fundamental tee‑ball skills including batting, throwing, catching, running, and fielding. Encourage teamwork, sportsmanship, and confidence in a supportive and fun environment. Organise and run short warm‑ups, drills, and practice activities before games. Work with parents, team managers, and association volunteers to ensure sessions and games run smoothly. Be a positive role model for young players, celebrating effort and improvement as much as results. No prior coaching experience required; training, resources, and support will be provided. This is a great opportunity to get involved in community sport, develop leadership skills, and make a lasting impact on the confidence and enjoyment of young players.
