Customer Success Associate, Fund Operations Join to apply for the Customer Success Associate, Fund Operations role at Automic Group Sydney | Hybrid | High-growth fintech | Values-led culture We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Success Associate to join our Fund Operations (Fund Registry) team. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll work closely with our Customer Success Managers to deliver exceptional client service, support fund registry operations, and contribute to Automic’s continued growth. You’ll gain direct exposure to client relationship management, corporate actions, and business performance — making it an excellent platform for career development within a scaling fintech. What You'll Do Support Customer Success Managers in day‑to‑day fund registry operations to deliver outstanding client outcomes. Manage inbound and outbound client communications, ensuring all interactions are professional, timely, and client‑focused. Verify and assist with preparing client correspondence, applications, redemptions, and other registry documentation. Process investor instructions and corporate action updates, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Assist in the preparation, reconciliation, and distribution of client and regulatory reports. Maintain accurate filing, auditing, and system updates to ensure data integrity. Provide general administrative support and collaborate across teams to achieve service excellence. What you’ll bring 1–3 years’ experience in fund operations , registry , customer success , or financial services . High attention to detail, accuracy, and process discipline. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong client‑first mindset. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Collaborative, proactive, and willing to learn new systems and processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel in particular); experience with registry or CRM systems advantageous. Tertiary qualifications in Business , Finance , or related field preferred. You’ll be part of a team where operational excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement are genuinely valued.
