What you’ll be doing As a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer at Alcoa, you to learn, grow, and develop hands-on experience and expertise in: Supporting residue team and site Civil and Senior Geotechnical Engineers in handling dam safety, preparing facility plans and applying standard methodology engineering technology. Providing engineering input into the design and maintenance of the residue storage facilities. Contributing towards the refinery and residue EH&S and provide insight into problem resolution for bauxite residue assets. Providing input towards the WA residue capital planning, approval and review process. Monitoring civil engineering design and construction QA. Development and mentoring Throughout the program, you will be provided with: Coaching , mentoring , hands-on and professional training .
