With over 30 years of combined technical experience, we have become one of the most trusted, reliable, and affordable IT support providers in Brisbane, Logan, Moreton Bay, Redland Bay, Ipswich, and the Gold Coast. We specialise in on‑site computer repairs and comprehensive IT support for home users and small to medium sized businesses. Our mission is to keep technology running at its full potential through fast, friendly, and effective service. From network setups and server installations to everyday tech troubleshooting, if it plugs in, we support it. Our management team are also highly skilled technicians who actively attend jobs. They work alongside our team in the field, ensuring they fully understand day‑to‑day challenges and are always in the trenches with you. Key Responsibilities As a Mobile IT Support Technician, you will: Deliver on‑site and remote IT support across a wide range of technologies, including: PCs and laptops (hardware and software) Televisions and smart devices Networks, routers, modems and WiFi Cloud applications and more Diagnose and resolve technical issues for a diverse client base Provide excellent customer service and clearly explain technical concepts Travel to client locations across reasonable distances as required Maintain a high standard of professionalism and workmanship About You We are looking for someone who brings: A genuine passion for and a strong skillset in technology and problem solving Strong customer service and communication skills Experience providing on‑site IT support to homes or offices A valid driver’s licence The ability to work independently and manage time effectively Flexibility to travel to job sites around the greater Brisbane region Residency in Brisbane, Ipswich, Logan, Gold Coast, or surrounding areas Even if you think you don’t have all the skills/experience needed, we’d still love to hear from you if you have a genuine passion for all things IT What We Offer Full time permanent employment $60,000 base salary plus superannuation Opportunity to earn additional $$ through Commissions and Bonuses Company vehicle provided A supportive, down to earth and friendly team environment Training and opportunities to grow your skills across diverse technologies and client scenarios A responsive leadership team that understands the work you do and ensures you are supported Secure, consistent work with a well‑established local business Join Us Learn more about us at #J-18808-Ljbffr
