The Assistant Cost Controller is the organisational powerhouse behind the Stores team. From coordinating daily operations to managing inventory and stock control, this role keeps the wheels turning smoothly across the resort. Whether it’s tracking deliveries, maintaining the loading dock, or supporting interdepartmental logistics, you’re the go-to for keeping things efficient, safe, and on schedule. You’ll work closely with the Cost Controller to streamline processes, support team training, and ensure everything from beer lines to forklifts runs like clockwork. About the Role Coordinate daily tasks and support Stores team operations Assist with event setups and stock deliveries Manage inventory systems and maintain stock levels Ensure accurate stock control, rotation, and reporting Maintain a clean, organized loading dock and plan deliveries Operate forklifts and equipment safely and efficiently Assist with in‑house training in the operation of equipment safely and efficiently Operate snowcat/snowmobile (if trained) for mountain ops Promote a safe, positive team culture & follow all safety procedures About You Previous experience and/ or appropriate level of training in supervising others Effective communication and conflict resolution skills Strong customer service knowledge Specialist skills within their current role or area of work Strong Microsoft Office/365 experience A current Driver’s Licence Ready to Apply?
