We deliver high-quality fencing solutions supported by strong safety, compliance, and customer service standards. Key Responsibilities Assist in preparing and issuing quotes, tenders, and pricing proposals for residential, commercial, and infrastructure fencing projects. Communicate professionally with clients, suppliers, and project teams regarding quotes, materials, and delivery timelines. Maintain a high standard of customer service through timely responses and clear communication. Support project managers with client follow-ups, progress updates, and post-sale documentation. Administration & Coordination Manage incoming enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms. Maintain accurate records of client communications, leads, and sales activities. Assist with preparing invoices, purchase orders, and job files. Update and maintain product, pricing, and supplier databases. Record and track sales performance data in company CRM and reporting systems. Support preparation of weekly and monthly sales summaries. Identify and elevate opportunities for upselling or process improvements. Skills & Experience Strong written and verbal communication skills. Competent in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic quoting software. High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with field and office teams. Personal Attributes Professional presentation and customer service focus. Reliable, proactive, and solutions oriented. Strong organisational and time management skills. Keen to learn about fencing materials, specifications, and project processes.
