About the Role We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Trainer and Assessor – Painting and Decorating to join our collaborative team. You'll deliver high-quality, engaging training that equips students with real-world skills and confidence. In this role, you will: Deliver nationally recognised training and assessment in Painting and Decorating Guide and support students from all walks of life, helping them build skills and careers Maintain accurate and compliant records (including assessment and attendance) Actively participate in validation, moderation, and continuous improvement processes What You’ll Need to Succeed Certificate III in Painting and Decorating (or higher qualification in the trade) Current TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent) Relevant and recent industry experience to maintain currency Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for mentoring and empowering students VET delivery experience is highly regarded (but not essential if you’re ready to learn) What We Offer A learner-first, values-led environment where your voice matters Access to ongoing professional development and compliance support Competitive salary and employment conditions A collaborative, purpose-driven workplace that values expertise and innovation Ready to Inspire?
