home_work Hybrid Posted 1 day ago Our client is looking for a Senior Technical Business Analyst with strong analytical, technical, and stakeholder management skills to support a range of digital and process improvement initiatives. You’ll act as the bridge between business teams and technology, ensuring that system solutions meet both operational and strategic goals. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather, document, and translate requirements into functional and technical specifications. Work closely with solution architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure business requirements are clearly understood and effectively implemented. Analyze existing systems and processes to identify gaps, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement. Develop process maps, data flow diagrams, and interface specifications to support system design and integration. Lead workshops and technical discussions to validate requirements and confirm design approaches. Support projects related to document management, including configuration, migration, and system integration (e.g., SharePoint, OpenText, M-Files, or equivalent). Ensure compliance with banking and financial services regulations, data governance, and security standards. Assist with testing and validation (functional, integration, and user acceptance). Provide input into release planning, change impact assessments, and post-implementation reviews. About You 5+ years’ experience as a Technical or Senior Business Analyst, preferably within banking, finance, or other regulated sectors. Proven ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements and documentation. Strong understanding of system integration concepts, APIs, data mapping, and workflows. Experience with document management or content management solutions. Solid knowledge of project delivery frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid). Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, or equivalent. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with both business users and technical teams. Tertiary qualifications in Business, Information Systems, or a related field; certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile BA are advantageous.
