About the Role Reporting directly to the Pharmacy Manager, you will oversee day‑to‑day operations and lead a dedicated team of Pharmacists at Slade Pharmacy Northside. This is a hands‑on leadership role where your expertise and guidance will ensure exceptional service and clinical excellence. Key responsibilities Provide clinical leadership and mentoring to Pharmacists, Interns and Students Manage daily operations and dispensing activities Lead, train, and support your team Review and develop clinical and operational practices and procedures Coordinate rostering and workforce planning Drive continuous improvement in pharmacy services Oversee financial and HR management About You You are an experienced Pharmacist with proven leadership skills. You bring an acan‑do attitude and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for growth and development.
