Role Overview As a Speech Pathologist you will provide life‑changing speech pathology to NDIS participants. Your day will vary across diverse settings – homes, schools, playgrounds, workplaces, and community centres. You will use evidence‑based measurement tools to design therapy plans and support participants in achieving their goals while maximising NDIS funding. Responsibilities Work across a variety of settings, from homes and schools to playgrounds and community centres. Assess participants using evidence‑based measurement tools and create individual therapy plans. Provide ongoing speech pathology services that facilitate participant progress and NDIS funding maximisation. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of allied health professionals. Build meaningful relationships with participants and their supporting networks of family, carers and friends. Attend weekly team meetings at the hub and share impact stories. Leverage the support of a Team Leader and dedicated Therapy Mentor. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Speech Pathology. Registered with the Speech Pathology Association of Australia (SPA). Positive, flexible approach to work. Strong communication skills and a team‑player attitude. Commitment to personal and professional development. Valid driver’s licence. NDIS Workers Screening Check and Working with Children Check. Experience in NDIS/disability preferred but not essential.
