ASSISTANT CERT 3 EDUCATOR | TREENDALE & DARDANUP Young Bucks Early Learning Centres – Bunbury WA Young Bucks Early Learning Centres are seeking a dedicated, knowledgeable, and inspiring Certificate 3 Assistant Educators to join our Early Learning Centres on a permanent ongoing basis. We are looking for experienced Educators who have completed their Certificate 3 in Education and Care. We value families and the quality time that can be spent working with your children and encourage working parents to apply for all positions in our company. ESSENTIAL CRITERIA Current Working with Children Card Current First Aid (HTLAID012) in an Education and Care setting (includes asthma and anaphylaxis) or willing to obtain Qualification of Certificate 3 in Children's Services or equivalent, for the right person we would consider working towards this qualification Extensive skills, knowledge and experience with the Education and Services National Law and Regulations (WA) Effective supervision skills and the ability to work unassisted Reliable and displays emotional maturity and resilience High level of communication skills, both verbal and written Working rights in Australia and willing to undertake background checks Can work rotating shifts between 6:30am to 6:00pm KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Adhere and facilitate the Education and Care Services National Regulations and Law (WA) Adhere and facilitate the National Quality Framework with your own inspiring ideas Develop an inspiring environment with the ability to create fun Adhere, review, and facilitate policies and procedures.
