About the Role: Reporting to Partner level, this role oversees risk across the business—financial, operational, investment, regulatory, strategic, reputational, and technology. You’ll apply strong analytical thinking, collaborating across all teams, business units, and jurisdictions to assess policies and controls, provide practical guidance, and ensure robust frameworks are in place. This role suits a strategic thinker who can turn complex risk issues into clear, actionable insights while keeping the firm aligned with regulatory and stakeholder expectations. Main Accountabilities: Strategic Risk Advisory Financial Risk Analysis Operational & Regulatory Compliance Investment Risk Reporting & Communication Leadership & Culture Ideal Background: 10–15 years’ experience in risk management within financial services, with proven leadership in enterprise risk management. Prior experience in risk consultancy or investment banking is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement enterprise risk programs for financial institutions. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field; postgraduate qualifications a plus. Advanced skills in quantitative analysis, financial modeling, and critical thinking. Strong understanding of financial products, organisational structures, risk frameworks, and regulatory requirements. Experience working across multiple jurisdictions. This is a high-impact role for a strategic, analytical leader who thrives on navigating complex risk challenges. You’ll drive robust risk frameworks that safeguard the firm’s operations, growth, and reputation across all teams and geographies.
