JOB TITLE: Algorithm Developer V LOCATION: Remote - Redmond, WA preferred (not required) DURATION: 12 months PAY RANGE: $92.00 - $102/hr. TOP 3 SKILLS Expertise in computer vision and machine learning algorithm development (minimum 10 years of experience) Proficiency in Python and C++ programming Hands-on experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and TensorFlow Lite COMPANY: Our client is seeking an Algorithm Developer for a contingent assignment supporting algorithm development and optimization for Meta products. This role can be fully remote within the U.S. RESPONSIBILITIES Design, implement, and optimize machine learning and computer vision algorithms for Meta platforms and products. Optimize machine learning and computer vision algorithms for efficient hardware implementation. Develop data preprocessing pipelines for model design. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver solutions. Analyze data and performance metrics to enhance algorithmic outcomes. Document technical approaches and results for internal stakeholders. Deliver project milestones according to scope of work. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Experience in algorithm development, data structures, and optimization techniques. Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, TensorFlow Lite, etc. Experience with large-scale dataset generation and training. Proficient in Python and C++. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Minimum Years of Experience: 10+ Degrees/Certifications: Master’s preferred MUST-HAVE SKILLS Expertise in computer vision and machine learning algorithm development (10+ years). Proficiency in Python and C++. Hands‑on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and TensorFlow Lite. NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS Experience with large-scale dataset generation and training. Strong background in data structures and optimization techniques. Ability to optimize algorithms for efficient hardware use. DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES Design, implement, and optimize computer vision and ML algorithms. Build and maintain data preprocessing pipelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams. Analyze data and performance metrics to improve algorithms. Document technical approaches and project outcomes.
