Due to newly awarded projects, Melchor are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join our experienced and close‑knit team based in Osborne Park. As a Recruitment Specialist , you will source and generate a high volume of suitable candidates through defined sourcing channels. You’ll join an experienced team of recruiters, supporting them by making outbound calls, finding suitable candidates for a variety of exciting construction projects. Use our database, pipelines and advert response to generate a high volume of suitable candidates. High level of candidate engagement through outbound calling where you will discuss available job opportunities, assess suitability and gauge interest. Phone Screening and interview a high volume of trades candidates understanding their experience and suitability to join. Manage candidate records, updating and growing the number of suitable candidates within our database. What you’ll bring 2+ Years experience as a Recruitment Specialist (or similar role) within the construction and/or resources sector ideally involved with clients such as BHP, Rio Tinto and FMG. Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - able to build rapport easily and foster positive working relationships across all levels of the business. A self‑starter with a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset. A friendly, professional and “can‑do” attitude that aligns with Melchor’s team values.
