The opportunity We are looking for an experienced Word Processor to join our Sydney office on a part-time basis to support the firm nationally. We have a friendly team culture, and our Business Services team is at the core of our success. The role is fast paced and will suit someone with demonstrated experience processing a high volume of data with strong accuracy. You'll be busy with typing of correspondence and documents for operators nationally, providing varied services such as compares, redaction, reformatting documents and long transcripts answering queries from staff and Partners in relation to Microsoft Word Processing packages, document creation, formatting and precedent usage liaising with other Word Processing staff and / or the relevant operators as required in order to meet deadlines for the performance of work conducting training sessions and inductions for staff as requested; assisting with office wide and firm wide projects such as preparing for presentations, mail merges and mass mail outs To succeed in this role, ideally you'll have ideally 2+ years' experience preferably within a law firm environment excellent accuracy with processing volume strong Microsoft office skills, particularly Word good time management, attention to detail and organizational skills experience with Phillips big hand is advantageous What we offer Unrivalled career pathways : Our 180 day career forecasting sessions provide the platform to fast-track your progression.
