Overview Challenger is seeking Part-Time Room Attendants to join our team at a premier 5-star hotel in the Gold Coast If you take pride in your work, are committed to high safety standards, and thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on hospitality role, this is your chance to shine. About the Role As a Part-Time Room Attendant, you'll play a key role in maintaining the high standards of a luxury hotel. You'll be responsible for ensuring guest rooms are spotless, welcoming, and ready to impress. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Roster / Hours: 08 : 30AM-3 : 00PM – Across Monday-Sunday Location: Broadbeach, Gold Coast A free meal every shift – lunch or dinner, on us Are you the right fit? You're someone who has proven experience as a Room Attendant and understands the importance of safety, cleanliness, and presentation. You're flexible, reliable, and ready to contribute to a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities Room cleaning: Clean guest rooms to a high standard using our award-winning training and guidelines. Guest experience: Be a brand ambassador and deliver the best hospitality experience to hotel guests and visitors. Team support: Help maintain a safe and clean workplace environment. Compliance: Follow all company policies, procedures, standards, and safe work practices at all times. What we’re looking for Availability: Flexible and available to work across a rotating 7-day roster. Experience: Proven experience working as a Room Attendant. Safety understanding: Good understanding of the safety elements associated with the job. Chemical knowledge: Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and their correct and safe handling. Why Join Us?
