Situated opposite Woolworths and surrounded by over 400 retailers and this location offers high foot traffic. About the Role As an experienced retail assistant, you will play a key role in shaping the customer experience in our new format. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in customer service, product knowledge, and in-store operations who is ready to step up. You will also have the opportunity to become a Key Holder, supporting leadership tasks such as opening and closing the store, supporting new team members, and stepping into a lead role as the store grows. You will: Build trusted relationships with customers, especially new and expectant parents Share expert knowledge and confidently demonstrate our wide product range Support merchandising and stock management to maintain a high standard Be a steady, reliable presence with the opportunity to step into more responsibility About You You are a capable and dependable retail professional who thrives in a fast-paced setting. You take initiative, lead by example, and bring a warm, knowledgeable presence to your work. You will bring: 2+ years of retail or customer service experience Strong communication skills and a solutions-focused mindset Experience mentoring team members or acting in a leadership capacity Confidence managing customer concerns and resolving issues professionally A hands-on attitude – able to lift stock (up to 15kg), work on your feet, and stay engaged Availability to work regular shifts and contribute to a positive team culture Why Join Baby Bunting?
