Thinking beyond opportunity and reward, at Flowserve, we are inspired by working together to create extraordinary flow control solutions to make the world better for everyone Role Summary The Warehouse Store-person is responsible for efficiently handling incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate packaging and unpackaging of materials, and managing inventory storage. This role requires maintaining high standards of service for both internal and external customers while adhering to safety and operational procedures. Additionally, the Material Handler may operate a forklift to transport various goods and materials within the facility. Responsibilities Unload incoming shipments and verify contents against the bill of lading and packing list. Engage with purchasing and other departments to resolve discrepancies in packing lists. Conduct inspections and identify damaged goods as needed. Accurately record received materials in the appropriate purchase orders and ensure system (ERP) updates. Verify the accuracy of outbound shipments and ensure proper packaging to prevent damage. Handle document filing and archiving as required. Follow all warehouse processes while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures. Assist in pulling and stocking parts from storage to meet production demands. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements High school diploma (HS Diploma) or GED with few years of relevant experience. Previous experience in forklift operation. Forklift certification. Ability to work occasional overtime. Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment with frequent product changeovers. Willingness to learn and cross-train in different functions as needed. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying materials, while following workplace safety guidelines. Preferred Experience / Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with ERP systems and warehouse management software. High attention to detail.
