We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Administration Officer to join our team. This role is critical in supporting our sales operations to ensure smooth processes and accurate data management across multiple dealership locations. You will work closely with Sales Managers and other departments to maintain an efficient and productive experience by providing professional administration and customer service in the sales department for new and used machinery. What We’re Looking For Strong organisational and time management skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams. Proficiency in data entry and systems management. To Succeed in This Role, You Will Demonstrate Well-developed verbal and written communication abilities Superior time management, multitasking, and forward planning skills High level of computer literacy and administration capabilities Strong organisational skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service Why Join Us?
