Are comfortable adhering to BIS/Care plans, and restrictive practices as directed by clinical teams and Site Managers. Are comfortable providing high physical support and personal care with dignity and respect. Demonstrate resilience, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering consistent, safe, person‑centred support in complex or physically demanding environments. Thrive in encouraging capacity building, helping clients develop skills such as hygiene, safe relationships, domestic duties, using public transport, and community participation. Are highly competent in computer/IT skills and report writing We require staff to work on a 24/7 rotating roster so applicants must have full working rights and be able to work AM/PM and sleep‑over shifts. Some of our requirements We are aware there are quite a few compliance checks (listed below) for this role; however, what’s important to us is that you have regular access to your own car and a P2 NSW Drivers License or higher, and flexible availability across a 24/7 roster which may include mornings (6am–2pm), afternoons (2pm–10pm), active nights (10pm–6am) and SO shifts.
