As the Commercial Administration Officer, you’ll provide essential administrative support to the General Manager – Commercial and the broader Commercial team, contributing to key functions across Bid, Estimating, Commercial, and IP. Responsibilities Provide general administrative support to the Commercial team to meet program and departmental needs. Coordinate meetings and workshops, including preparing agendas and organising catering. Assist in drafting documents, letters, and reports with a high level of accuracy. Maintain and manage commercial data, correspondence registers, and the commercial inbox. Support the development and upkeep of commercial processes and policies. Facilitate efficient communication and workflow across the Commercial team. Contribute to the preparation and organisation of team activities and documentation. About You Minimum 2 years’ experience in high‑level office administration, ideally in a commercial or project environment. Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent experience. Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks. Excellent time management and organisational abilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines. High attention to detail and commitment to quality. Motivated and driven to support positive business outcomes. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative systems. This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance to an NV1 level.
