Deputy Head of Learning Community (Years 2-4) - UQ Rural Clinical School, Bundaberg Full‑time, fixed‑term position from January to December Base salary will be in the range $140,293 - $185,573 (17% Superannuation, Academic Level C/D). Faculty of Health, Medicine and Behavioural Sciences The newly established Faculty of Health, Medicine and Behavioural Sciences will be an interdisciplinary powerhouse of innovation and collaboration to lead integrated solutions to the needs of the communities we serve locally and globally. About this opportunity As Deputy Head of the Wide Bay Learning Community (Years 2-4), you will play a vital role in shaping the academic journey of medical students in the MD Program at our Bundaberg Regional Clinical Unit. This position is about more than delivering academic leadership – it’s about nurturing a learning community where students feel supported, valued, and inspired to thrive. You will help foster a culture of inclusivity and belonging for both students and staff, ensuring that every individual has the chance to contribute and grow.
