What You’ll Do An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated Pharmacist to be a part of our experienced team at North West Private Hospital As the Clinical Pharmacist, you will provide specialised medication management in the dispensary and clinical services to hospital wards. provide best practice pharmacy services and exceptional patient-centred care as part by ensuring medication safety and optimising medication management Work closely with the hospital team to educate staff and counsel patients on medication usage Cultivate a collaborative and positive teamwork culture that empowers everyone to excel What You’ll Bring Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent with current Pharmacist Registration with AHPRA High level of computer literacy including systems knowledge of dispensing software You love working in a collaborative team and thrive in a friendly working environment. Experience in a hospital pharmacy setting is highly regarded but not essential. Requirements Must provide a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months According to the role, Ramsay Pharmacy may require proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
