Join Us on an Exciting New Brand Journey We launched MOVA , a new and innovative consumer electronics brand, into the Australian market in May — and we're now looking for a Field Sales Specialist to represent the brand across Western Australia and South Australia . This role sits at the heart of our launch strategy. You'll be the face of MOVA at retail level — building strong partnerships, delivering engaging training, maximising product visibility, and driving sales through genuine store advocacy. If you're based in WA, comfortable travelling into SA, and thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment, this is your chance to help build something from the ground up. What You'll Be Doing Deliver engaging in‑store training sessions to build product knowledge and sales capability. Build strong, lasting relationships with retail partners to drive advocacy and performance. Complete regular store visits across metro and regional WA / SA, including live demos and staff support. Ensure displays are clean, compliant, and merchandised to an exceptional standard. Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to maintain consistent brand messaging. Gather store feedback and continuously refine training materials and tools. Monitor competitor activity and share insights to support strategic planning. Support in‑store events, launches, and promotional campaigns. Maintain clear and accurate reporting on store visits, training outcomes, and performance improvements. What You'll Bring 3+ years' experience in field sales, retail training, or sales coaching — ideally in consumer electronics, home appliances, or FMCG. Strong understanding of retail environments and how to influence customer decision‑making. Proven ability to deliver hands‑on training and engage store teams. A relationship‑first mindset — personable, confident, and trusted by your retail contacts. Highly organised and self‑motivated, with the ability to work autonomously.
