Branch Manager

Based in Airlie Beach North Queensland, we seek an experienced Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of a busy manufacturing business. The successful applicant will demonstrate the skills, experience and qualifications essential to effectively manage a growing Glass and Aluminium fabrication business in a fast‑paced and competitive industry sector with a team of approximately 20 staff. Construction and/or Manufacturing industry experience in a management role is highly desirable but not essential. The successful applicant will need to demonstrate a strong track record in effective multidisciplined team management, working in conjunction with the company’s Finance Manager and demonstrate a strong understanding of financial performance management, be a strong and clear communicator, have a strong understanding of and experience in sales and marketing, and demonstrate leadership skills that win the trust and respect of both customers and the team. Answering to the Managing Director based at the company’s head office situated in Townsville, the role will require some travel; therefore a current driver’s license is a prerequisite.
