TM Functional LeadAsahi Beverages is seeking a TM Functional Lead to shape and deliver the Transport Management solution across the WMTM program, ensuring it supports end-to-end transport operations and delivers a high-performing supply chain. Your ImpactYou will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the Transport Management (TM) solution across the WMTM program, ensuring it effectively supports end-to-end transport operations and enables a seamless, high-performing supply chain. You will be responsible for leading the functional design, guiding solution build and testing, and driving continuous optimisation to ensure the TM system meets both current operational needs and future strategic objectives. With a strong focus on solution integrity and business alignment, you will ensure transport processes are standardised, efficient, and fully enabled by best-practice system capability. Key Responsibilities Lead the functional design and configuration of the TM solution across site deployments, including route planning, load building, carrier management, and execution tracking. Partner with transport operations teams and 3PLs to ensure the system is user-friendly, fit-for-purpose, and widely adopted. Support site rollout activities, including UAT, training, cutover, and hypercare, ensuring smooth transitions. Maintain consistency of TM solution design across sites while allowing for local adjustments where needed. Collaborate with ERP, WM, and third-party system teams to ensure seamless integration across the supply chain. Identify and resolve transport-related interdependencies across planning, manufacturing, customer, and commercial processes. Act as a key liaison with transport operators, planners, and customer service teams, ensuring the solution enables reliable execution, visibility, and reporting. About You Previous experience leading WMTM / SAP S / 4 TM solution design and multi-site implementations. Strong functional knowledge and hands-on experience with Transport Management Systems. Experience delivering transport solutions in FMCG, manufacturing, or high-volume supply chains. Skilled in transport planning, execution, carrier integration, and freight cost settlement. Demonstrated ability to support testing, cutover, post-go-live operations, and documentation. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Collaborative and solution-focused, able to engage both business and technology teams. Strong communicator, able to explain complex logistics processes and system impacts to stakeholders.
