This is a visible, relationship-driven role that sits at the intersection of technology, business, and education. The Evangelist will represent mySMB.com across events, webinars, media, and partner collaborations, helping SMB owners and professionals understand how AI and Microsoft tools can simplify work, boost productivity, and drive real results. You’ll be part of a mission-driven platform dedicated to making technology practical, human, and accessible for Australia’s small businesses. inspire a national audience - and shape how SMBs across Australia embrace the future of work. Key Responsibilities Champion mySMB.com at industry events, webinars, podcasts, and community forums - as the face and voice of AI, mySMB.com, and Microsoft innovation for SMBs. Create engaging content (videos, posts, presentations, and practical insights) that translates complex technology into clear business outcomes. Collaborate with partners and influencers in the Microsoft, AI, and small business ecosystem to extend reach and impact. Contribute to the mySMB.com ThinkTank community by sparking conversations, sharing examples, and showcasing SMB success stories. Support internal initiatives such as training, product launches, and platform demonstrations. Engage with media and event organisers to position mySMB.com as the go-to resource for AI adoption and Microsoft productivity in the SMB space. About You You are a confident communicator with a genuine passion for helping small businesses succeed through technology. You’re equally comfortable presenting to a room of business owners as you are explaining Copilot’s business value on LinkedIn.
