ERP/SAP Staffing Solution Partner in APAC We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to lead a critical project aligning SAP's financial calendar with organizational requirements. The current SAP system operates on a Jan-Dec fiscal year , while other systems (Infor M3) follow a July-June financial year . This discrepancy impacts reporting and financial processes across the company. Key Responsibilities Lead technical and operational aspects of adjusting SAP calendar configuration to accommodate an additional week without disrupting core functionality. Develop and implement reporting solutions to ensure accurate financial reporting post-adjustment. Collaborate with Finance and IT teams to build a strong business case and ensure compliance with financial standards. Provide expert guidance on SAP FICO modules , focusing on financial implications of calendar changes. Manage project delivery from design through implementation, ensuring minimal impact on existing processes. Requirements Proven experience as an SAP FICO Consultant , with expertise in financial calendar configurations. Strong understanding of financial reporting and fiscal year alignment . Ability to work independently and lead cross‑functional teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Prior experience in similar calendar adjustment or complex SAP finance projects preferred.
