As a Home Care Team Leader at UPA, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and supporting our dedicated team of Care Workers to deliver exceptional, person-centred care. You will ensure clients remain safe, independent, and connected within their communities, all while fostering a positive and high-performing team environment. We have an exciting opportunity to join our team, based in our Dubbo office. About the Role Reporting to the Home Care Service Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading, supervising, and supporting a team of Care Workers in the delivery of safe and consistent home care services. This includes workforce planning, team development, onboarding and mentoring new staff, and ensuring compliance with policies and care standards.
