Key responsibilities of this role include Thorough understanding of WHS systems, processes, and procedures. Coordinate design and construction for IBC-DAS build projects. High technical skills and ability to resolve technical issues. Work closely with the Project Manager(s) to coordinate start dates, site inductions, inspections, material delivery and resolve site-based design and construction issues efficiently. Managing installation/ field testing (PIM/ Sweep/ Walk Testing) of developed systems. Manage sub‑contractor and consultant resources to deliver the project within set timelines. Understand and manage the processes relating to tenure agreements, site design and constructability. Ensure projects operate within time and budget restraints and follow necessary procedures to articulate any issues affecting the achievement of project objectives. Project handover to the client in a seamless manner by completing all necessary documentation. Who are we looking for? You will have demonstrated experience working with and influencing customers and internal senior management. You will ideally have 5+ years experience in project engineering / project management in the IBC / DAS area and experience managing delivery teams. You will hold tertiary qualifications in Engineering (relevant to this role). You have experience working in a telco / construction or similar environment. You have strong technical capabilities, superior problem‑solving skills and demonstrated relationship building, influencing and negotiation skills.
