We are seeking a passionate and skilled Mental Health Clinician (AHP2 or RN2) to join the Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network Community Mental Health Team, based in Victor Harbor. Deliver high-quality mental health clinical services, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation for consumers and their families. Work collaboratively with mental health professionals, service providers, and community partners to ensure coordinated, consumer-centred care. Provide guidance, mentorship, or clinical support to less experienced staff, assistants, or students, consistent with your scope of practice. Undertake portfolio responsibilities, contribute to service development, and participate in continuous improvement activities that strengthen the Community Mental Health Team.
