Digital Marketing Specialist

Digital Marketing Specialist (Meta, Google, TikTok + Tracking & Web Skills) We are looking for a hands‑on digital marketer who knows how to run high‑performing ad campaigns and can also manage the technical side of tracking and web optimisation. You will work across a mix of live events, venues, e‑commerce, and service‑based clients. What You’ll Do Paid Ads Build, launch and optimise campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok Manage budgets, pacing, and performance against KPI targets Create audiences, test structures, and scale winning campaigns Interpret data daily and make clear recommendations Conversion Tracking & Tech Set up and troubleshoot Meta pixel, TikTok pixel, Google Tag Manager, server‑side tracking, UTM structures Manage tracking across Eventbrite, Oztix, WooCommerce, Shopify, custom funnels, and other conversion flows Ensure all events, custom conversions, and API tracking fire correctly Implement best‑practice QA across all ad accounts Web & Landing Pages Build and update WordPress landing pages Work with themes, plugins, forms, and integrations Improve website performance, load speed, usability, and CRO Make small fixes or work with devs for bigger updates Reporting Produce weekly reporting across platforms Pull insights from Ads Manager, GA4, and custom dashboards Communicate performance clearly and proactively What You Bring Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads Proven results running performance‑focused campaigns Advanced knowledge of tracking, pixels, GTM, GA4, and troubleshooting conversion issues Experience working with WordPress (Elementor, WPBakery, or similar) Ability to think strategically and execute quickly Excellent communication and initiative Bonus Skills Experience with events, ticketing platforms, or e‑commerce Creative skills (Canva, basic video edits, content briefing) Understanding of automation tools (Make, Zapier, CRM setups) Why Join 888 Digital Work with a fast‑growing agency in the events and entertainment space Be part of a tight team that moves fast and does high‑quality work Opportunities to grow into leadership, strategy, or specialist roles Work across some of the biggest tours, festivals, and hospitality brands in Australia Location: Melbourne, Victoria, Australia Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at 888 Digital AU by 2x. #J-18808-Ljbffr
