Quality Assurance Associate Bluegum Pharmaceuticals An exciting opportunity is available for a Quality Assurance professional to join a fast-growing manufacturer of complementary medicines About the Company Bluegum Pharmaceuticals is an Australian TGA‑licensed manufacturer of complementary medicines. About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Associate to join our QA team. In this role, you will be responsible for: Release for sale of finished goods Supporting the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality System Assisting with internal and external audits Evaluating and responding to customer complaints Assisting with all regulatory audits (e.g., TGA, APVMA, HALAL, etc.) Managing deviations and change control processes Conducting GMP training for staff The Successful Candidate Will Demonstrate: Minimum of 1‑2 years of experience in complementary medicine manufacturing. A tertiary qualification in Food Science or a related discipline. Chemistry qualifications will be considered as a related discipline for the tertiary qualification requirement. Experience in regulatory affairs within complementary medicines. Experience in complementary medicine manufacturing. Strong working knowledge of TGA, HALAL, ACO, HACCP, and GMP requirements. Excellent communication skills with team members at all levels. High attention to detail. Ability to learn quickly and adapt.
