Overview ZECO Energy is seeking a driven Sales Consultant to lead Melbourne’s Western Suburbs and help Australians shift to smarter and cleaner energy. Our MARSHALL device provides dynamic export control, load control and solar sharing with a patented dynamic rate system. About the Role As a Sales Consultant, you’ll convert qualified leads into sales for electrification, solar, battery storage, and EV charging solutions. You’ll work with potential customers to understand their needs and provide ethical, solutions-focused advice. This role suits someone who thrives on building trust, achieving sales targets, and delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities Convert leads into sales across electrification, solar, battery storage, and EV charging products. Provide ethical and transparent advice, highlighting tangible and intangible benefits. Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-through. What We’re Looking For Right to work in Australia. At least 3 years\' experience as a salesperson. Strong listening skills and ability to understand customer requirements. Commitment to using CRM tools and following up with customers. Motivation to close sales and deliver results. Positive attitude and willingness to follow established processes. Energy, passion, and a team-focused mindset. Bonus: Prior solar industry experience is helpful but not essential—we’ll provide training. Why ZECO Energy?
