Kitchen/Dining Room Team Leader $78166 Base Salary Super Accommodation and meals provided Bus in bus out from Mackay or Drive in drive out from Central QLD areas (no FIFO available) ESS provides multi-service capability to major companies and organisations operating in remote sites gold mines and coal fields. We provide vital workplace support for people working in some of the most isolated terrains in the world from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold mines in the Australian Outback. Due to anticipated growth across our flagship portfolio in Central QLD we have exciting opportunities for kitchenhands across 2 Villages working 14x7 rosters (14 days on 7 days off). Motivated and driven Kitchen/Dining Room Team Leader required to lead our successful remote catering team on our mining accommodation villages in Central Queensland. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Kitchen/Dining Room Team Leader to join the team at one of our Moranbah sites. The roster is 14x7 working 10 hour shifts. This role is drive-in/drive-out or bus-in bus-out (ex Mackay) and would be ideal for candidates local to the Moranbah and Mackay regions. The Position You will be responsible for leading a team within our catering department to ensure facilities are clean and comply with our contractual obligations. You will be a driven individual that is able to train lead and motivate your team working alongside management to achieve desired results.
