Croft & Fisher Pty Ltd is seeking a full-time VR General Practitioner to join a thriving medical practice in Elanora, Queensland. As a VR General Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, comprehensive primary healthcare to our diverse patient community. What you’ll be doing Conduct comprehensive medical assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for patients of all ages. Manage ongoing patient care, including the development and implementation of treatment plans. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care. Stay up-to-date with the latest medical advancements and best practices in general practice. Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, adhering to all relevant medical regulations and standards. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the practice through feedback and participation in quality assurance activities. What we’re looking for Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) or equivalent. Must be a VR General Practitioner. Excellent clinical skills and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient‑centred care. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems and other relevant healthcare technology. A genuine passion for general practice and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
