Rehab Consultant (OT/Physio/EP/RC/Psych) – Flexible WFH Role Flexible Options: Full-Time | Part-Time | Sub‑Contractor Fully Remote + Local F2F client visits – Choose your region across NSW Take control of your work day with a fully remote Rehabilitation Consultant role that lets you live anywhere between the South Coast and North Coast. You’ll work from home daily, with face‑to‑face client visits in your local area (typically 2–3 days per week). Weekly check‑ins, fortnightly virtual team meetings, and monthly in‑person team days held in Sydney or Newcastle depending on team location. You will: Complete functional, ADL, workplace, ergonomic, psychosocial and vocational assessments, depending on your qualifications Develop evidence‑based rehabilitation and RTW plans Liaise with employers, GPs, specialists and insurers Support clients with education, coaching and recovery strategies Maintain accurate documentation in line with SIRA and Comcare requirements What we're looking for Approved allied health qualification + full registration with: AHPRA (OT, Physio, RN, Psychologist) ESSA (AEPs only) ASORC / RCAA (Rehabilitation Counsellors) AASW or SPA At least 2 years experience in SIRA NSW rehabilitation schemes Exposure to psychological injury claims (desired) Ability to work independently in a remote environment Strong communication across stakeholders A flexible, self‑motivated mindset Valid NSW Driver's License and current Police Check What we offer Manageable caseloads and realistic billable expectations Competitive salary + laptop, phone, fleet vehicle or travel allowance Ongoing training and CPD support Dedicated Quality Assurance support Access to remote‑work technology, clinical support and admin support Opportunities to diversify into training, mentoring or project work About Work Options We are a long‑standing preferred provider for major insurers, known for high‑quality rehabilitation outcomes and exceptional customer service.
