Hold a current Australian Drivers' Licence with your own car (sorry, we cannot accept international licenses or shared/rental vehicles) Available to work a minimum of 6 hours a day between 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday (some weekend rosters available for experienced carers) Commitment to our paid 2-week Brilliant @ Basics Training when you start (Get ready to learn, grow & be supported) Travel is required for training. Know this is NOT a vacancy for Disability or to work in a facility/nursing home If you're saying 'YES' to these, we'd love to have you join us What this role offers: Open to Entry Level & Experienced candidates Permanent Part-Time or Casual Contracts Permanent Contract hours: 20-70 hours per fortnight + flex up hours Hourly Rate: $31.13 - $34.93 per hour + 12% super + $0.92/km allowance + paid travel time What You’ll Be Doing: Entry-Level Carers: Provide domestic assistance such as cleaning, vacuuming, laundry and meal preparation. Experienced Carers: Provide personal care services including showering, toileting, assistance with medications, domestic duties & social supports such as assisting with transportation for clients. Domestic assistance will form a significant part of your role – this applies to both our entry-level and experienced carers.
