BE among the first 25 applicants (6 days ago) Responsibilities Provide technical leadership across multiple squads (Platform, automation, integration). Hands‑on development of plugins, extensions, and integrations while guiding best practices and quality standards. Review technical designs and ensure alignment with architectural patterns and governance. Mentor and support developers, ensuring consistency across squads. Collaborate closely with solution architects, business analysts and project managers. Support release management through code review, merging changes, and troubleshooting DevOps issues. Provide production support by triaging issues and assisting with fixes. Customize entities, forms, views, charts, and dashboards. Configure business rules, workflows, business process flows, and actions. Integrate Dynamics with other systems using APIs, web services, or third‑party tools such as Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, or custom integrations. Use PowerApps to extend Dynamics 365 capabilities. Use Power BI for reporting and data visualization from Dynamics 365. Automate processes with Power Automate. Use SQL Server for database operations, queries, and data management related to Dynamics 365. Implement deployment strategies, environment management, and version control using tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, or Visual Studio Online. Manage security roles, field security profiles, and understand the Dynamics 365 security model. Apply UX design principles to enhance usability within Dynamics 365 customizations. Use tools like XrmToolBox for various development and troubleshooting tasks. Selection Criteria Experience customizing entities, forms, views, charts, and dashboards. Ability to configure business rules, workflows, business process flows, and actions. Skills in integrating Dynamics with other systems using APIs, web services, or third‑party tools such as Azure Logic Apps and Power Automate. Proficiency with PowerApps for extending Dynamics 365 capabilities. Experience using Power BI for reporting and data visualization. Knowledge of Power Automate for process automation. SQL Server knowledge for database operations, queries, and data management with Dynamics 365. Understanding of deployment strategies, environment management, and version control using Azure DevOps, GitHub, or Visual Studio Online. Experience managing security roles, field security profiles, and the Dynamics 365 security model. Proficiency in UX design principles to enhance usability within Dynamics 365 customizations. Ability to use XrmToolBox for various development and troubleshooting tasks. Basic to intermediate knowledge of Azure services that complement Dynamics 365 (e.g., Azure Functions, Azure AD). Programming experience in C# for Dynamics 365 development, including plugins, custom workflows, and web resources, and JavaScript for client‑side scripting. Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Operations, etc.) and the Common Data Service (Dataverse).
