Known for our attention to detail, creativity, and reliable service, we are now looking for a motivated Experienced Garden Maintenance Leader to join our dedicated team. Position Overview As a Garden Maintenance Leader , you will be responsible for the upkeep and care of commercial gardens. This hands‑on role involves working outdoors year‑round, ensuring gardens are healthy, tidy, and looking their best. You’ll be part of a team that values professionalism, customer service, and pride in workmanship. Key Responsibilities General garden maintenance including mowing, edging, weeding, pruning, hedging, and mulching Planting and seasonal garden care Lawn care including fertilising, pest control, and aeration Use and maintenance of tools and machinery (whipper snippers, hedge trimmers, blowers, etc.) Identifying and addressing plant health issues Rubbish removal and site clean‑up Liaising politely and professionally with clients Working independently or as part of a small team Requirements Proven experience in garden maintenance or landscaping Strong communication skills Basic knowledge of plants, lawn care, and horticulture Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude White Card (or willingness to obtain) Valid manual driver’s license (preferred) Working With Children's Check Ability to work independently with minimal supervision What We Offer A supportive team environment with opportunities to grow On‑the‑job training and development Consistent work and a variety of job sites All tools and equipment provided Friendly, professional workplace culture #J-18808-Ljbffr
