We are currently seeking both Permanent and Casual Ramp Service Agents to join our ExecuJet FBO team based at Sydney Airport. Permanent Ramp Service Agent – 38 hours per week on a morning/afternoon roster Casual Ramp Service Agent - casual hours working various shifts across a 7 day, 24 hour roster. Corporate aviation is a service-focused, demanding yet ultimately rewarding sector of the aviation industry. As a Ramp Service Agent in a luxury service company, your role will extend further than most; from initial flight setup, pricing and logistics coordination through to aircraft marshalling and luggage handling. Our customers expect the very best and at ExecuJet, no two days on the ramp are ever the same. Key responsibilities Initial customer request response, discussing ExecuJet services and pricing. Flight set-up, ensuring all elements are correct and handling confirmation sent. Ground handling services; including providing lavatory and water service, luggage handling and aircraft marshalling. Coordination of third-party suppliers, i.e. making catering, hotel and limousine bookings and ensuring these arrive on time for aircraft arrival or departure. Executive lounge service, when required, to waiting passengers and crew. Maintaining and cleaning the premises, including company vehicles and ramp equipment. Billing and administration duties. As a premium provider of corporate aviation services, ExecuJet takes the privacy and security of all passengers, crew and aircraft very seriously. Respecting the privacy of every passenger and customer is paramount to the success of the industry. An ExecuJet Ramp Service Agent is trusted with ensuring the information they obtain is not shared outside of the closed user group of the ExecuJet community. Key selection criteria Prior Ramp Service or aviation-related experience preferred. Australian citizenship or permanent residency is essential. Applicants must hold an unrestricted Australian Drivers License and will be required to undergo a Police check, Airport security check and pre-employment medical as part of the standard conditions of employment. Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 32kg. Excellent customer service and communication skills - fluent in spoken and written English. Strong coordination and organisational skills with excellent computer literacy. Excellent attention to detail. Able to work within a fast-paced, dynamic environment to meet critical deadlines. Proactive, reliable and highly motivated. Able to work successfully both independently and as part of a team. Must be willing to work in all weather conditions.
