The opportunity: Member Support Consultants (MSC's) at our Adelaide City club play an essential role in building and maintaining a thriving membership base. They are responsible for helping thousands of people become faster, fitter, stronger, and happier versions of themselves.
The role of an MSC has two clear goals: achieving membership growth through proactive sales activities and retaining existing members through exceptional customer service. MSC's are experts in all things Goodlife: they can seamlessly switch between sales and lead generation, providing exceptional service and achieving successful customer outcomes.
Responsibilities: Proactively contribute to club sales budget utilizing sales promotions and referrals campaignsGenerating and converting high-quality sales leads through community outreach and identification of new business opportunitiesAchieving the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximize sales opportunitiesProviding sales presentations and tours to prospective membersCreating great member journeys via positive and personalized interactionsAchieving successful outcomes to inquiriesOpening and closing the club as per the club rosterActive involvement in member retention programsRegular service calls to new and existing membersAbout you: Current First Aid & CPR certificatesA current valid Working with Children CheckAbility to build rapport with people from varied backgroundsOutstanding communication abilitiesTenacity with a natural drive to achieve individual and team goalsCustomer focused with a desire to achieve exceptional outcomesWhat we can offer you: An hourly rate of $29.04 (inclusive of casual loading)CommissionA complimentary all-access Goodlife membershipCareer opportunities within Fitness and Lifestyle GroupApply Now Please visit our website: careers.fitlg.com for a list of all current vacancies.
